I am a great fan of shahrukh khan........and I met him when he came to Mumbai at juhu beach for shooting of dear zindagi...... when I saw him there I became mad and ran towards him to take his autograph.And fortunately when he came there were less people around and I reach towards him first.... I asked him if I can have his autograph .......his reply with yes made me mad.....and as soon as he gave me his autograph I faint there suddenly and crowd gathered around him.......my friend told me that as u was lying faint there shahrukh khan sir asked his fans to get aside politely and then he gets me back into my senses again.... I felt so glad that when I woke up I was in his car and he was trying to make be better. ..as soon as I got my consciousness back I told him that I am a big fan of yours and he smiled at my statement....... when I came back to home I was still in thoughts of him

                           Serendipitous Encounter With A Celebrity

I have been crazy about Harry Potter series ever since the first book ‘Harry Potter and Philosopher’s Stone’ was launched. I have read all its sequels. No wonder my craze to meet J.K. Rowling always increased with the passage of time. I did not know luck would grant my heart’s wish so quickly and generously.

I had to fly to U.K .to see my sister at the festival of Rakhi. It was my first ever flying experience. I was quite nervous. After the tedious check-in at the terminal and arduous security drudgery, I was taken to the plane. I climbed the stairs and walking down the aisle I was assisted by the air-hostess to my seat. Towards my right sat a blonde in her late forties who seemed to be somewhat familiar. “How could this be”, I asked myself. I did not have a friend in Europe or U.K.

The plane took off, but I kept searching every nook and cranny in my mind to locate where I had seen. After much delving, it dawned on me like a flash that she was none other than J.K. Rowling, the famous author of the Harry Potter series. I was flabbergasted! Summoning all my courage, I dared to enquire of her, “Are you J.K. Rowling?” Smilingly she nodded! I was so happy to have her as my co-passenger.  

I requested her for an autograph to which she beamingly agreed. Then I had a wonderful conversation with her throughout the flight. She was so warm and amiable. I thanked her for the company. I also thanked the serendipitous circumstances.
