It was a fine day. A large number of people including men, women and children from all walks of life gathered there to enjoy the match between Bangladesh and Pakistan. Bangladesh won the toss and decided to bat first. Tamim Iqbal and Junaed Siddique were sent as openers. It was a right decision by the captain, because Tamim Iqbal slammed the ball over the field. Junaed Siddique was very careful and most of the time simply obstructed. But as time passed, he grasped the strategy of the bowlers and began to fully support Tamim. He completed his half-century by playing keen and beautiful shots. After him, Tamim Iqbal could not steadily face the bowlers and proceeded towards the pavilion in a short time. However Sakib Al Hasan made a stand and was able to increase the score to 218. Mohammad Asraful and Musfiq Rahim played a beautiful inning and Bangladesh team snatched a total of 269 for 8. This terrifying score marked down the morals of the Pakistan Team. They made a poor start, as their first wicket fell when the score was only ten. Also Imran Najir and Mezbaul Haque shown their extra ordinary Performance. However, when Sakib Al Hasan came to bowl, the hopes of Bangladesh team revived. He bowled extraordinary well and just after 5 overs, the Pakistan team had reached to 260 for 7. The rival needed barely 10 runs to win in 4 balls. Rana Navid took 6 runs in two balls. But At the end Pakistan team fail to make more 4 run in 2 balls. Bangladesh team win the match. Sakib Al hasan declared as the man of the match. It was really and exciting match. I will never forget this fantastic match because it was the first cricket match.
