I experienced this ,last year on 25 may, 2021 my mom was admitted in an hospital, we are two sisters, my father passed away in 2013 ,when I was in my XII standard pre boards .My mother had sepsis, because of some lung infection and was kept on ventilator support .It was the time of pandemic when we made her admitted in the Sahara hospital. The amount which was raised for her cure was about 50,000 a day. The time was pathetic for us. We were struggling to get her admitted in the PGI. After 40 days we got her admitted there ,till then we lost 15 lakh of the amount.
All our savings were lost, even the money my dad saved for our marriage was all so lost .Since, still the doctors were unable to remove her ventilator support here ,and it was a long term till October, so we were to shift her to a long term hospice, where we use to do all the nursing care . Till the next year, all pin point of our savings got drained ,and eventually one day the next year in 2022, she got removed her trachestomy and ventilator ,and finally she went home along with us. Today she is healthy ,happy and we are staying home together .This experience helped me realise that-
Patience is bitter but it's fruit is sweet
