As usual,
Got up 6:30 in the morning, did my daily activities, started to pack my lunch.
Then got a call from my mom which is unusual because she never calls me in the morning .I spoke to her. Then went to college ,some of my classmates were sitting on the staircase using their phones(usual thing).
One of them reminded me about the presentation which is to be given. Not a big issue as our topic was on anti smoking.Then one more guy told me with surprise -arre yaar today is father's day-on seeing some facebook post.
Oh! Is it ,today is nov 17 right. -then I felt ,no problem even if it is I never wished my dad.
Then immediately something struck my brain, oh! My god today is my mothers birthday.
This is the reason she called me in the morning. Then I called her immediately. She asked if it was urgent as I called her after reaching college. Then wished her. She was shocked as even she had forgotten her birthday. I felt very happy as I wished her and one more thing is that she forgot her birthday.
I called her again and then i got to know that she lied to me in the morning. This made my day as I was the only one who remembered her birthday, even my dad and sister forgot.
