Answer:

Once a few months back I volunteered to do the comparing for the function of our seniors' farewell party. However, only because I had learnt very recently to tie a saree, I could not manage well and thus reached very late. I came to know of all the types of inconvenience that my entire organising team had to face because of me. I was very embarrassed and felt very guilty. That is the first day when practically I realised the importance of punctuality.

The proverb 'Time and tide waits for no one', has great relevance in the present day world. Life span of human beings has increased. But we have lot of activities in our life that the time we get seems to be less. Time is the most precious resource available.

I was not well and was having high fever but due to my volunteering I had to make an excuse to go out and the excuse I made was that today teachers will tell the Blue paper and stuff to be mind during exams and the result was , when I came back home I was dying of fever and my doctor advised for bed rest for 3 days. From then on I stopped making excuses to attend any parties and functions.
