On 24 March 2020, the Government of India declared lockdown for 21 days, limiting movement of the entire 1.3 billion population of India as a preventive measure against the covid-19 pandemic in India. It was kept after a 14 hour voluntary public curfew on 22 March.The lockdown was placed when the number of confirmed cases in India were 500. With an increasing number of coronavirus cases in India, it was necessary to keep lockdown.
'Every dark cloud has a silver lining'. Yes that is true even in the case of ongoing coronavirus induced lockdown. As social beings, it was difficult for all of us to stay-at-home all the time but however I utilised my time but doing some activities. There is nothing more precious and rewarding than a healthy and fit body. So I used this time for meditation and yoga. meditation also helps us reduce stress, increase energy, enhance immune system and benefit in a lot more ways. I also used this time to the best by exploring new dishes and new cooking styles. As this was an idle time, I used to watch some movies with my family and of course I tried some of my old hobbies - Painting, Drawing, Reading, Calligraphy, Photography, Dance, Gardening, Origami, Quilling, Sketching and many more. As I am a student, I was missing all my teachers and friends. So, on 19th April 2020, I met my favourite teacher on video call. I felt satisfied. And after half an hour we end our video call by recalling all our school memories.
We never imagine that we would have to be stuck inside for so long. However this time has given us the opportunity to rekindle the relationship will lost with our family. With the fast-paced lives we were living, we hardly sat together as a family. 'The lockdown has given us a chance to go back to the days when family time was the most important', we thought. Sitting together to eat as a family was one of the most important things that all did in lockdown. Also no one was able to eat outside food. Which means we were having home-cooked meals more often. Exactly what are parents always wanted. This means we are also eating healthy and on time.
Instead, I contributed towards the country by simply following the guidance which was been sey out by the government. By staying at home as much as possible. we all can reduce chances of being infected.
Also, we pray to God that this Covid-19 should get disappeared soon.

Explanation: It was march 20,2020. I was in the school, suddenly notice came for the holidays and I started thinking about my skill ( Mobile Application development ) that remained incomplete last summer holidays and in which I'm still much poor in performance . I thought that in these holidays, I must complete this skill in order to score high in my school and build a career in it. As I reached my home, I started to search the road map of learning it efficiently over internet. Many sources helped me a lot to identify the better approach so I made my targets and completed all of them in time with keeping the rules of balanced diet in mind in order to save my health as well. I earned that skill with the work of day and night; practiced many problems more than 100 times; created more than twelve applications; and when I entered back into the school, I was feeling more confidant than before. This time, I scored 90/100 in my subject. It improved my motivation and self-confidence and yes, helped me to earn money online as well!
