Answer:

I got lost on a hot, burning summer day! I remember that day like it was yesterday! It all started when my parents woke up my sisters and me. They screamed, “Wake up because we have to go shopping today!”

I ran for my life to the bathroom to take a shower, because every morning I try to beat my sister to the shower, but she always ends up beating me. Well, this time I beat her! She then told me that I had five minutes.

I came out of the shower with my hair spiked up like a rhino’s horn. I changed my clothes, and brushed my teeth.

My sisters took about one hour taking a shower, changing, combing their hair, and brushing their teeth. I understood that because they are ladies, sometimes they take longer time changing. By the time we started to leave, it was about 10 a.m. and we had woken up at 8:30! It was actually impressive how fast we were.

While we were on our road to the store, my sister was singing and laughing. I didn’t know why they woke up so happy! I just said, “Whatever,” and started to sing and laugh with them.

Finally, we got to the store and I ran to the electronics section. My parents told me that they were going to be in the cell phone section, and my sister told me that she was going to be in the clothes section. By knowing that, I knew where they were going to be, so I didn’t have to worry anymore.

When I finished being in the electronics section, I left to the cell phone section to be with my parents. But now, they weren’t there!

I then told myself, “They’re in the clothes section with my sisters.”

Once I went there, they weren’t there either! I got kind of creeped out, but then decided to tell some employee to call my dad because I knew his phone number. They called him, and he came right away! When he came to pick me up, he told me that he was sorry for leaving me there. I then told them back that I was sorrier because I was the one that was all crazy. He thanked the person for calling him and we left. Once I got in the car, I was happy now with no worries with my family and was cautious whenever I went to the store now.
