The most embarrassing moment in my life happened in the restaurant one decade ago. I promised to four of my good friends that I will treat them with nice dinner in the best restaurant in the city if I get the promotion I was expecting. When that long awaited moment finally arrived, we all gathered on the warm summer Saturday night at the Vesuvio, Italian restaurant located in the heart of down town, with reputation of having the best Italian food in the whole country. Vesuvio was a pleasant upscale restaurant with the big hanging, mushroom-shaped lights and heavy wooden tables covered with traditional white tablecloths. We had some great time that night, telling jokes and remembering good high-school days over pasta, shrimps and pizzas. When handsome waiter brought our bill, I proudly reached for my black oversized purse to take my red leather wallet out of it. I did not find it right away, so I nervously shuffled the numerous items in my purse. I looked again, and again and still could not find it. I turned my purse up-side-down. At that time my Clinique make up bag landed on the table followed by the car keys, some photos, bunch of store receipts, my new sunglasses, but no sign of the wallet. After a short while I gave up and totally embarrassed and rather red-faced admitted to my friends that I accidentally left it at home. They started teasing me saying that since I invited them, I should pay even if I had to stay in the restaurants kitchen washing the dishes. However, the restaurant saga ended with my friends paying for the dinner. Furthermore, they never wanted me to pay them back. Even though my most embarrassing moment happened almost 10 years ago, they still tease me for that. Needless to say, I have never went back to Vesuvio again.
ACCIDENT LEADING TO A EMBARRASSING SITUATION
Accidents, are nowadays quite common. There are several car accidents taking place in the world every day leading to many casualties. Most of them are car accidents taking place at nights due to excessive speeding of the cars and sometimes trucks are also involved due to excessive loading. Sometimes cars also collide with peoples due to over indulgence of cell phones at roads.
One day an accident took place in a restaurant,which led to a very embarrassing situation.
It was a quite day and many peoples were enjoying and were very ecstatic in having different foods in a restaurant named Alibaba in India, but who knew that a truck would crush into the wall of the restaurant. The truck was very heavily loaded with goods and unfortunately, the driver was drunk and was unable to drive properly, but he managed for a few hours but, when he was trying to take a U turn from the front of that restaurant, he forgot to decrease the speed of the truck as he was drunk and the truck also slipped down the road as the road was wet due to rain and crashed with the restaurant. The situation was horrible, many peoples who were coming out of the restaurant happily, were injured and some casualties took place too! The driver was also heavily injured, and was taken to the hospital. The police and rapid action force came and rescued the injured and hospitalized them. The police cordoned the street and fire brigades arrived within minutes to extinguish the fire, as many electrical gadgets were ablaze, and short circuit took place.The road was horribly jammed, and it took several hours to clear it out. But the situation was managed due to the great cooperation of polices and rescue team members, a great thanks to them.
So, we are always adviced to be free of addiction while driving and shouldn't be indulged in cell phones and keep them in Airplane mode.
