Here's your answer

___________________________

Given quadratic eqation : x² + 5x - 6 = 0

To find the solutions .

Now ,

x² + 5x - 6 = 0

x² + ( 6 - 1 ) - 6 = 0

x² + 6x - x - 6 = 0

x ( x + 6 ) - 1 ( x + 6 ) = 0

( x + 6 ) ( x - 1 ) = 0

Now ,

Either ,

x + 6 = 0

x = - 6

Or ,

x - 1 = 0

x = 1

•°• x = - 6 , 1

So , the salutations of the equation are - 6 and 1
