Sir,
Through the light of your esteem newspaper, I, Lalit, want to express my views on a week-long Book Fair held at Anna Grounds, Chennai. The book fair was organised by the National Book Trust. As a book-lover, I also visited the book fair to buy some books. I was amazed to see the arrangements and the visitors there. For a long time, I thought, in the world of internet, books are losing their value but a big crowd of enthusiastic visitors proved me wrong. I am happy that even in the world of internet, people give value to the books and the books have not yet lost their relevance. The arrangements made by the National Book Trust were appreciable, for instance, they provide vans to move from one pavilion to the other, wheelchairs for senior citizens and handicapped people, proper sitting arrangements. All these efforts are really appreciable. Therefore, I would request you to kindly publish my views in a column of your newspaper so that others can also participate next year.
Thanking You
Yours truly
Lalit
