We celebrate National Consumer Rights Day on 15 march.

It's celebrated every year. 

On March 15, 1963, US President John F. Kennedy delivered a speech to the US Congress in which he referred to consumer rights. A few years later, the consumer movement began to celebrate World Consumer Rights Day every 15 March to raise global awareness of these rights.
