National Health Mission: Health and Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan is:

• The National Health Mission (NHM) was launched by the Indian government in 2013 following the National Rural Health Mission and the National Urban Health Mission.

• The National Department of Health (NHM) is comprising two of its Sub-Missionaries, the National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) and the recently launched National Urban Health Mission (NUHM).
