Nationalists from Coastal Andhra alsosupported this Telangana movement in which year
Answers
Answer:
The Telangana movement refers to a movement for the creation of a new state, Telangana, from the pre-existing state of Andhra Pradesh in India. The new state corresponds to the Telugu-speaking portions of the erstwhile princely state of Hyderabad. After several years of protest and agitation, the central government, under the United Progressive Alliance, decided to bifurcate the existing Andhra Pradesh state and on 7 February 2014, the Union Cabinet unilaterally cleared the bill for the creation of Telangana. Lasting for almost a decade, this has been one of the most longlasting movements in South India.[1] On 18 February 2014, the Lok Sabha passed the bill with a voice vote. Subsequently, the bill was passed by the Rajya Sabha two days later, on 20 February.[2] As per the bill, Hyderabad would be the capital of Telangana, while the city would also remain the capital of residual state of Andhra Pradesh for no more than ten years. On 2 June 2014, Telangana was created.[3].

Answer:
The correct answer for the years from which the nationalists of coastal Andhra started is found to be 1940s.
Explanation:
A large part of Hyderabad state consisted of Telugu speaking districts and tribal population which was familiar with Telugu, which were starting to be called as Telangana.
Nationalists from Hyderabad travelled into villages and started a campaign for education in Telugu language, a democratic government and social equality.
In the mid 1920s, an organization known as Andhra Mahasabha began to support this cause. The Nationalists from Coastal Andhra Pradesh also began to support this movement in the 40s.
This whole situation created a movement in order to create a separate state for the Telugu speaking community in Andhra Pradesh, soon came to be known as Telangana Movement.
