Autumn is indeed a beautiful season, there’s no debate. The fresh smell of the soil after the first rains and the transformation of nature into a multi-chrome view as if it was straight out of a painting (which in fact is the other way around) never cease to mesmerize me.

Although having most trees preserve their green color throughout all four seasons, the region where I live is not devoid of showing the typical touches of fall.

Nevertheless, this season has a dark side. It’s the one where you can see piles of trash being accumulated in flowing rain-rivers after months of summer drought (don’t worry, the problem is not as harsh as it was back in 2015–16, but still). I won’t speak about it any further because I don’t want to spoil my answer and the following pictures taken in areas that are in a range of half to one and a half hour away from where I specifically live.

The seasone between summer and winter in which the temperature being to change and the leaves begin to fall. Many consider autumn to be the period from the autumn equinox (when day and night are equal ) to the winter solstice ( the shortest period of daylight and the longest night of the year).
