natural fuels & their competence in creating power procedure
Answers
answer
The advantages of fossil fuels is that they produces a lot of electricity especially coal, its cheap, transporting coal and gas is easy and power station that run on gas are very efficient and the disadvantages is that burning fossil fuels produces carbon dioxide which result in greenhouse gases that mean global .
Coal, gas and oil
Fossil fuel power plants burn coal or oil to create heat which is in turn used to generate steam to drive turbines which generate electricity.
The most common method of electricity generation from natural gas is via a steam generation unit. ... Steam is produced by burning natural gas in boilers, which heats water and thus produces steam, and the steam then turns a turbine. This method is also very common with other sources of electricity generation such as coal.
