a) Purkinje fibres,AVN,SAN,bundle of His are the natural pacemaker and component structures.

  1. Heart is the part of circulatory system. It performs the function of pumping blood to various organs of the body.
  2. To contract and relax, heart requires electric impulses. They are provided by pacemaker of heart.
  3. SA node stands for Sinoatrial node and is responsible for contraction of heart.
  4. AV node stands for Atrioventricular node. Further the signal from these nodes is spread through Bundle of His and Purkinje fibres to contract ventricles.
