Equatorial region experiences high temperatures and also receive heavy rainfall. Many regions of the equator are affected by ITCZ . These regions have equatorial rain forests having very dense vegetation.The uppermost layer of the forest is named as emergants , followed by canopy ,under story , shrub layer, and forest floor.
