Hey friend!
Nature provides us with much but when we abuse nature we harm ourselves.
When we do any kind of activities that are harmful for our nature and environment, we invoke natural disasters. These natural disasters harm our nature and we are also harmed by them. Even if there is no loss of life and property in such cases, our nature is destroyed. And that means that we lack the natural resources which we had earlier. When our environment is harmed, we are also indirectly harmed, because the things which were provided to us by the nature is now destroyed and we have to live an unimaginable life.
Hope it helps you!
Have a nice day...!

Answer:

We harm ourselves when we harm environment:

Nature gives us a lot, but only if we abuse it nature we harm ourselves. When we do activities that harm our nature and environment, we provoke natural disasters. These natural disasters harm our nature and harm us too. Even if human lives and property are not lost on such occasions, our nature is destroyed. And that means we don't have the natural resources we used to have. When our environment is harmed, we are also indirectly harmed because the things given to us by nature are destroyed and we have to live an unimaginable life.
