The judiciary ( judiciary or judicial system or judicature) is one of the three major organs of any democracy . The other two members - executive and legislative . The judiciary extracts the right meaning of law from the sovereign state and punishes those who do not follow the law. In this way, the judiciary works to resolve disputes and reduce crime, which indirectly leads to the development of society. In accordance with the principle of separation of powers, the judiciary itself does not make any rules nor does it implement the law.
Ensuring equal justice for all is the real job of the judiciary. There is one Supreme Court under the judiciary and there are different courts (courts) under it.
