i found it interesting because Microorganisms are beneficial in producing oxygen, decomposing organic material, providing nutrients for plants, and maintaining human health, but some can be pathogenic and cause diseases in plants and humans.

(#)I Learnt in this chapter that microorganisms are not visible to the unaided eye and microorganisms are found in air, water and dead body of plants and animals. Microorganisms include bacteria, fungi, protozoa, algae and some viruses although some microorganisms are usefull for making medicines and some bacteria present in the soil to fix nitrogen from the atmosphere and convert into nitrogenous compound

(#) I found interesting to learn about Food preservation by chemical method, Preservation by Common salt, Preservation by Sugar, Preservation by oil and vinegar and heat and Cold treatments
