The particles of wooden table are very tightly packed. There is very less inter molecular space and high force of attraction between the particles The table has a definite shape and volume and cannot flow. Therefore a wooden table should be called solid.

The table has a definite shape. It does not flow or it is not fluid.
It is rigid. It does not change its shape when it is placed in different locations.
