Why does a desert cooler cool better on a hot dry day?

In a hot dry day the air can hold a big amount of water vapour because the amount of water vapour in the air is less in a hot dry day. So the desert cools better and faster.

evaporation increases when temperature increase and when humidity decrease . on hot dry day , temperature is more and humidity is less so ,desert cooler cool better on a hot dry day .
