Loudness : The sensation produced by ear which enables us to distinguish between a faint sound and a loud sound is called loudness. Loudness depends on the sensitivity of ears.
Intensity : The average energy transported by a sound per second per unit area is intensity. It is measured in watts per square meter and it doesn't depend on sensitivity of ears.
