How would you obtain clear water from a sample of muddy water?

To obtain clear water from a sample of muddy water please follow tge given steps;- 1) Take a clean container and put the muddy water inside it.....2) After sometime , we find that mud settles down as it is heavier , so this process is known as sedimentation ...3)Now in order to get the clean water gently pour the water into another container , so this method is known as decentation.... 4) Using filter paper we can get clean water by filtering it so this process is known as filteration....!
