UBIQUITOUS RESOURCES: Ubiquitous resources are those resources which are found everywhere. Land, water, air  etc. are ubiquitous resources.

LOCALISED RESOURCES: Resources found only in certain places are called localised resources.Copper, bauxite,gold etc are localised resources.

Resources that are found everywhere like air we breathe it they are called ubiquitous resources .
