zygote is actually :

1)when the nuclei of the egg and sperm fuse together, the resultant product is called as the zygote.

2)it is a single cell structure but the number of chromosomes will be diploid which will reduce after the meiosis in germ cells.

when the zygote is divided multiple times the resultant product will be called as the fetus.

1)that stage of the embryo which is very close to the human being in the morphology is called as the fetus.

2)unlike the zygote it is the multinuclear cell which is formed after the several divisions
