Why was Mr Keesing annoyed with Anne? What did he ask her to do?

Mr.keesing found that Anne was more talkative in the classroom and also she disturbs the class too. So as a strict teacher Mr.keesing gave her punishment by saying her to write an essay on the topic "CHATTERBOX". It means the one who talks too much.
