killing:
killing is a cause of death of an living organism by a living organism.
murder:
murder is a killing of another person without justification especially human being

Killing - when something causes the death especially when it is deliberate
-- so it could not /could be deliberate
ex: A person tries to defend himself so he accidentally killed someone

Murder- is planned , killing someone as planned/deliberately so often murder is even scheduled .. :)

assassination - to kill someone especially because of political issues.,, / killing a famous person, etc
