No, though they are isoelectronic the force on the last electron would differ by the force exerted by the protons

Eg na has 11 protons vs 10 electrons

& ne has 10 protons vs 10 electrons

Answer:

Ne and Na+ both have different ionisation enthalpy. Because, in Na+, the number of protons are 11 and in Ne the number of protons are 10.Hence, Nuclear charge of Na is much more as compare to the Ne  and it will lead to the more ionisation energy of Na+.

hope it helps u !!
