nearly all the major multinationals are American, Japanese or European such as Nike, coca cola, Pepsi, Honda ,nokia why is it so?

American, Japanese and most countries in Europe are developed countries with immense wealth.companies in these countries have large amounts of surplus funds.so this is the reason for them to become multinational companies.
