Answer:

Necessity is the mother of invention

Explanation:

When we have no any other option in life, our mind becomes extra creative and comes with a way out.

In the story "His first flight" the young seagull is afraid to take a flight since it is comfortable in thge mean time.

When hunger strikes, there is no any other option other that trying to reach out for food.

It finally shifts its fears to food and forgets that it does not know how to fly, through this, it finally takes its first flight.

Hence, nothing is imposible.

Answer:

His First Flight is the story of a baby seagull Liam O’ Flaherty, who is afraid to fly. One day he was sitting in isolation and was hungry. Since he couldn’t fly he kept staring at his family members but none of them gazed at him. Then his mother saw him and started coming towards him with a fish. But, to the baby seagull’s dismay, the mother stopped mid way. Liam had no option but to dive into the ocean forgetting that he was  afraid to fly. This clearly showed that his need for food made him dive into the ocean and get food for himself. This shows that "Necessity is the mother of invention".
