The poem “Somebody's Mother” is about a mother and what all her activities are. The image of a mother in this poem is of a woman who is old and weak. She is alone and sad. Also, her feet are frail and she is bent. When she is unable to cross the road, the boys came to help her. This symbolizes the help and support that we get in our lives in our bad days. The poem ends in a happy mood in which the poet says that is always a helping hand for everyone.
