Need a unique simple story with a moral for a first standard kid for English project

There were two cats. They were hungry. Both saw some bread in a house. They planned to steal it and divide it equally.They stole it with great efforts. But when time came to divide it then they started fighting. A monkey saw this and thought to take advantage of this. He came there and told them that he will help them to divide it. He brought a beam balance. He purposely made one side heavy everytime. He ate the heavier side and made the other side heavy. Ultimately,ate up everything.
Moral- Don't fight with your friends or your enemies will take advantage of it.
