Political stability means the govt at the centre must have a strong hold in the parliament , it May be a strong coalition , or absolute majority of one party (more than 50% of the seats in the lok sabha )
In simple language , the govt which isn’t in any fear of collapsing , and isn’t any great pressure from coalition partners forms a politically stable govt
