We apply ideal gas law here. As the volume and amount of gas (mass or number of moles) are fixed, the pressure and absolute temperature are directly proportional to each other.
This is called Gay Lussac's law.
P = k T , or P1/ P2 = T1/ T2
Given T1 = 0°C = 273°K, P1 = 100 cm Hg.

P2 = 10 cm Hg. T2 = ?
T2 = P2×T1 / P1 = 27.3°K. = - 245.7°C
b) Given T2 = 100°C. = 373°C.
P2 = P1 × T2 / T1
= 100 × 373/273 cm Hg
= 136.63 cm Hg
