● Monascus purpureus - It produces statins which is a blood cholesterol lowering agent.

● Saccharomyces cerevacie - Also known as yeast, it helps in production of bread and alcohol.

● Mushrooms, Moreals, Truffles- These are used as food and are very nutritious.
