19. The size of the screen of a TV set is usually given in terms of its diagonal. What is the size of a screen of a TV

set which is 15cm wide and 20cm long​

According to Pythagoras theorem

let the length of the T.V be x

(20)² + (15)²= x²

(400+225)=x²

625=x²

Underroot 625 = x

x = 25 cm
