In the above mentioned question out of the three options the correct option is option A.

I.e. Competition over land.

This was so because this war began with the objective of British and French both trying to takeover the Ohio Valley. This territory was important to both concerned parties. In the mid- 18th century, both wanted to extend their North American colonies, i.e. the Ohio Territory, this gave them both vantage points. However, what started off a tensions among colonists became a cause for world wars.

The main conflict that led to the French and Indian War was 1-competition over land.

This was 7 years war between French and Indian.

It ended with the treaty of Paris in 1763.

As per the treaty, the France gave up all the territories in the North America and ended the foreign military threat to the British colonies.
