How new gadgets are affecting childrens

The modern times are essentialy of modern gadgets. These gadgets are available in the range from mechanical toys to latest satellite phones. Everything available in markets all over the world helps men in one or another way...
But as we know it very well that all these gadgets are likely to be misused by sharp minded teenagers. We can't forget how the camera in mobile was misused by the anti social elements.They are using gadgets while driving which cause accidents. They are pressuring their parents to buy expensive bike, phone etc.....
It's due to the market, in market their are so many brands which are affecting teenagers...
The government should think this side also. It should then grant the licence for their manufacture and marketing.
