NEED HELP MATH QUESTIONS. What single percentage change is equivalent to a 8% decrease followed by a 13% increase?

single percentage=(v2-v1/v1)×100.

=(13-8/8)×100.

=(5/8)×100.

=500/8.

=62.5%.
