to calculate De-broglie wavelength the formula used is ,
⇒ λ = h / mv
⇒λ = h/ p
according to the given question the velocity of the tennis ball
v = 10m/s , and weight is 60 gram.
by substituting in the formula we get,
λ = (6.626 x 10∧-34 ) / 60 x 10∧-3 x 10
{ ( mass should be in Kg ) so multiplied with 10∧ -3 }
implies,
λ = 0.1104 x 10∧- 36 m .
therefore the de-broglie wavelength is 0.1104 x 10∧ -36 m .
