hello dear brother...!!

1) electron format of Cu+ :

⇒we know that the general electronic configuration of copper is [Ar]4s1 3d10 .so, for Cu+ one electron gets removed from the s orbital,  
therefore for Cu+ the configuration becomes [Ar]4s0 3d10 .


2) electron format of Cu+2 :

⇒similarly in place of Cu+2 , the two electrons get removed from the s orbital  and the d orbital respectively , such that the configuration becomes [Ar] 4s0 3d9 .
