Solution :

I know how to solve the terms.

LCM = LCD = (3)(4)

First Find the LCM of the terms

After that multiply the denominator with LCM

 \frac{5x + 1}{2}  =  \frac{(5x + 1)6}{(3)(4)}

 \frac{x - 3}{3}  =  \frac{(x - 3)4}{(3)(4)}

 \frac{x}{4}  =  \frac{(x)4}{(3)(4)}

Then Now substitute the values of terms as

 \frac{5x + 1}{2}  +  \frac{x - 3}{3}  -  \frac{x}{4}  =  \frac{30x + 6 + 4x - 12 - (3x)}{12}

Finally subtract and add the terms ,

 \frac{31x - 6}{12}
