2) Kindly check the spelling,..it's Chromosomes and not Chromomer..!!!

3) Linker DNA is a short self-complementary palindromic DNA molecule which forms a blunt end duplex containing a recognition sequence for a restriction endonuclease.
It is the DNA connecting chromatosomes in chromatin. Linker DNA can vary widely in length in different tissues and cell types.
4) Chromosomes are best observed at metaphase. For studying the shape, best stage is Anaphase.
