And for this reason electriccurrent should be considered avector as it has both magnitude and direction. But in addition,vectors obey the law of parrellogram of vectors, which the electric current does notobey. For this reason, current is ascalar quantity and not a vector.

Heya....

Current is scaler although it has direction...this is due to reason that....the law of vector addition is not applicable in addition of current....so it is a scaler quantity...
