Here ratio of radius and slant height is 3 : 5 and curved surface area is 423.9 cm^2.

CSA = πrl

423.9 = 3.14 \times \: 3x \times \: 5x \\ \\ \frac{423.9}{3.14} = 15x \\ \\ 135 = 15x \\ \\ x = \frac{135}{15} \\ \\ x = 9 \: cm

Radius = 3x = 27 cm

Slant height 5x = 45

We know that ,

Volume of cone = 1/3πr^2h

Here we have to find first h.

h = \sqrt{ {l}^{2} - {r}^{2} } \\ \\ = \sqrt{ {45}^{2} - {27}^{2} } \\ \\ = \sqrt{1296} \\ \\ = 36 \: cm

Voume :-

 = \frac{1}{3} \times 3.14 \times 27 \times 27 \times 36 \\ \\ = 27468.71 \: {cm}^{3}
