use the theorem:the angle made by an arc of a circle at the centre is twice of that made at the circumference of the circle.
In this qn,angle AOB is given which is angle made by arc AB at the centre.
Angle made by the same arc at thr circumference is ARB so Angle ARB would be half of Angle AOB=60 degree.

follow the same method for other angles too.
