first of all make fbd of string and massM i.e. to the tension of both the string now break them into the components
you will find that
T1 sintheta=T2 sintheta
= t1=t2
and (t1+t2)cos thetha is balancing the weight of M
now make fbd of pand q by using the terms of velocity and solve
you will find that
T1 sintheta=T2 sintheta
= t1=t2
and (t1+t2)cos thetha is balancing the weight of M
