these days we can see child labour everywhere. they are working so hard.that should be banned.children under age of 14 should not be forced to work . and should get minimum primary education. I gave you hint

india appears to be making a mistake with the introduction of a new law to ban more types of child labor. The problem is not the desire to reduce the amount of child labor that happens (that's just fine, we'd all prefer there to be less labor and more schooling going on), but it's that a legal ban isn't the right way to do this. And what's worse is India is the poster child for this argument.
The law which has been suggested they amend is actually the law which is the standard proof that banning child labor can increase the amount of it that happens. Yes, I'm sorry, this is true: banning something can increase the amount of that something which happens. Thus, if you wish to reduce the incidence, it might not be all that good an idea to start using the law to make it illegal.
