Needs and importance of various instances of transformation of energy

according to law of conservation of energy ....it can neither be created nor be destroyed only transformation of one form to other form takes place......we have ways so.in which we can get an energy as a source which we convert into another form.for eg.we have tidal energy....nuclear energy etc....we transform all these into electrical energy to full fill our daily needs and requirements...
